Shouldn't sew late at night because...
Can you add to this list?

Cut the pieces wrong.
Forgot to turn the iron off. |
Had just enough fabric. Now I don't.
Worked so hard to get the top finished. Woke up to see one block wrong--in the middle. Finished the last lot of chain piecing to find I ran out of bobbin thread waaaaay back there! |
hmmm...I've done all those things, and I can't use "late at night" as an excuse.

Rips out part of the block sewn backward and sew it backwards again.

Things seem so complicated when I'm tired, easy peasy when refreshed in the morning.

I try to not leave any mistakes late at night, I take them apart and then they are ready to work on the next morning. I find if I work too late, I either mess it up or hurt myself.

Deal with it when I am better able to cope with whatever - - - |
I work nights, most of my quilting is done at night. However, I have done all of the above. I just can’t blame it on working at night.
