I'm gonna make oatmeal cookies today. Where can I find the recipe for the ones you mentioned?

I WOULD HAVE been sewing on a new project (Broken Bricks pattern) but on my way to the store to get the rest of the fabric I remembered I left my $ and license folder HOME. I was halfway there (8miles) so I continued on and just looked when I got to the store. The store was so busy with back to college coeds, and families (big families). Now I'm trying to find a fabric medley to order for the fat quarter project. I really should be bringing the dogs out, feeding them. This board is soooo distracting, but I love to read the personal notes all we gals write about...cookies, dinners, cookies, housework. Isn't life great?! |
Wish I could be quilting today. Maybe. My hubby and I are in the process of redoing a bathroom. Today is slated for putting down the new tile.

Yep, I have a dreary outside day weatherwise as well. I am washing up all my fabric (from Connecting Threads, and #1piecemaker and the latest 20% off at the LQS) Than a friend is coming at 11am, she can help me fold all the yardage (and I DO mean yardage). Movies popped in with fresh coffee and the sewing machine will start to hum!

Those patterns are cute...have fun and don't forget to show us when you're done.

Are you dreaming or is it really raining. We haven't had a drop for almost six months. Are you ever blessed.
