I used one today for the first time while washing some new quilting fabric. It came out essentially the same color as it was when I put it in there...so none of the fabrics must have bled.
My question is... Since there is no dye on it...or if there is, it is minimal... has anyone ever reused these sheets in subsequent loads? |
I think they are made to be used over and over again.

I rip mine in half & use it once. Sounds like all your fabric was nice & colourfast. I've had my catcher come out red sometimes.
I threw on in with some jeans and a red blouse. The color catcher came out looking dark reddish/black. I didn't know what it was at first and thought "What in the heck was in someone pocket???? :?: That was one catcher that didn't get re-used. LOL!!
I reuse them when they are still white.
When you use Color Catcher is the color "set" then and you don't have to worry about the fabric bleeding at another washing?
I've reused Color Catchers. But once I put two Catchers into a wash (with a couple of newly dyed red items), one was new and the other I was reusing (for the second time only). One came out bright red-pink and the other was practically white, which made me suspect that the reused one might not be so dye-absorbent anymore...

Do you use the Shout Color Catchers?
I just purchased them but have yet to use them!
Yes, I think they're great.
