Quilter's Dream is my favorite.

I LOVE the batts from the dream company- also the Hobbs Heirloom batts are nice- hobbs heirloom 80/20 is a good choice for the quilting you describe-there are a couple different (lofts/weights) and i imagine you want something thin for table runners/home dec quilting
i made a couple table runners with warm & natural and was very unhappy when they were washed- but it is my last choice for any quilting projects i try new batts when ever i see a new one i haven't tried yet- but for the go to most of the time i go with batts from the Dream company (wool is my fav but not the right choice for your project-good for soft fluffy bed quilts) if i am not using a dream batt i'm using a hobbs batt- unless i'm trying something new. many of my customers use warm & natural so i do quilt with it alot- but pretty much seldom in my own quilts |
I like Warm & Natural and also Quilter's Dream Cotton.

I love warm and natural and warm and white.

I buy batts for easier storage and queens with the occasional king. I cut them as I would the rolls. When using only part of a batt, I take a pernanent marker and put the scrap size on the outside of the bag and tape or staple it shut. I have a list of the size pieces on my pinup board and when I do a baby or table runner, I check the list and use from the scrap pieces.[/QUOTE]
I'm a Quilters dream fan. I love this idea for organizing scraps. |
I also like Quilters Dream Poly Select!

Seems like any time I want to use the coupon for batting at Joann's the batting is on sale and I can't use the coupon! I like Hobbs 80/20 best. Got queen size packages of it at the Houston Quilt Show for ... really good price ... can't remember now what "teen" it was ... $13? $17? $19? But it was a good price! :)
