If it's big enough maybe you can use it for a backing... Hrm :?: It sure is purdy tho

I split my fabrics up for fussy cuts. There are some great things ready to be done with this !
Part of a lap quilt, part of a table sash thing ( help, parkenson's moment).. part of a vest.. Nice idea to just pick up and save for the Just right moment idea ! That is why we all need to get our fabric under control !! Great fabric pick. Ellen |
I just finished a wall hanging with cardinals in the center of each block. My fabric was different & I had to 'fussy cut' out the birds. Each block is bordered by 3 1" strips of red & green with 9 patch at the corner of each. It turned out really well. Hope you understand what I mean. I haven't quilted it yet but if I think of it later today maybe I can post you a picture. I really like your fabric - wish I could have found that myself!!

Are those lines I see in the picture just creases?
I think I would try to keep as much of it intact as possible. Very pretty fabric. |
Hi , I donīt think I would cut it, its too pretty. My idea for what it is worth, add some really pretty borders and then quilt it , it will look great if you quilt round the birds and flowers and make them pop.

I can't tell what size the squares are, but I'd consider a project with attic windows.

i think I would leave it as is, put a small border on it, sandwich it and quilt it for a wall hanging! It really is too pretty to cut up!

Too pretty to cut, is my opinion. I would, as others have suggested, use it as a center and add borders to it and then quilt. It is going to be gorgeous!
