I have tried the self threading needles but find the eye end pokes into my finger and it hurts! also the thread keeps popping out on me. I just use a needle threader if I am having a hard time but the quilting thread is stiffer so I don't have a lot of trouble threading it.

I read some where a few years ago that if you pot a piece of white paper behind your needle the hole would show up and it works just a little tip.

I have a couple dozen WIPS myself. When a new quilter tells me that she is not going to begin any new projects until she is finished with the one she's working on, I just smile and say, "Uh-huh, sure." :-D
I think I have Quilter's ADD. As soon as I start one project, I can't wait to get to the next thing! I can't help it! I just want to do everything!! |
Congrats! That's awesome! Or, I THINK being a WIP woman is awesome. Sometimes I wonder! Lol!!! :-D

I use mine to bury threads when I am quilting on my longarm, but it is really great! |

I think WIP should be my middle name and I'm not talking just about quilting.
