I've done them. I'd do them again if I had to, but I hate them. Good luck with yours. I know a lot of quilters have no problem with them. I'm sure it's just me that hates them.LOL :D :D :D |
This is how I do them. It is important to mark the dots which are each 1/4" in from each edge.

Yep...mark those 1/4" spots and then you have it made in the shade 8-) :wink:

i agree with Joeyoz !!! yuck is the word i get so flustered when i try to do them i gave up on the quilt but reading the comments i am going to check out some of those sites that were mentioned

Good advice from madquilter, amma & sewcrafty. I sure wish I would have known that when I first tried them. Swore I would never do them again until someone made me do it and gave me this advice. Clear sailing after that.
