I've fallen in love with yoyo's. I was making them without the Clover Yoyo Maker and wasn't really thrilled but then I thought I might as well buy one and see if it really helps.
I can honestly say it is a gadget I will definately use. Oh, I'm so excited. The yard needs some TLC, my house needs some TLC and now I'm addicted to yoyo's. Ok, I must get back outside and work in my yard. Well at least for a bit. |
enjoy!

Have fun with them! They are addicting.

I've just finished making yoyos without the tool also. Like you, wondered if it was worth buying. Maybe I'll invest now.
|
I have never made any yoyo's .. I see them here and may just have to give them a try!

I highly recommend the Clover Yo-Yo Makers. So easy to use and they are consistently the same size each and every time. Last time I went to JoAnns they were located in the quilting notions area and were 50% off. ;)
|
I used a 50% off coupon on mine and paid only 2.99 for it. It was definately worth that.

I love yo's yo's too! I haven't bought the Clover yo yo makers yet, but they are on my wish list. It's just that they keep coming out with new shapes all the time!

I love to make yo-yos -- something so satisfying about making something so small so perfect (using the yoyo makers of course!) :D

I started making the yo-yo's without the yo-yo maker. Once I bought it I couldn't believe the difference. You can make one in half the time.
My SIL got me started. She has made a queen quilt, and a cushion set, back and seat, for a child's rocker. They look beautiful. One thing she does is sew them together with a sewing machine as they started coming apart. This makes them very secure. Happy yo-yoing! |
