Just tried printing a Mother's Day gift with Printed Treasures brand printable fabric. Totally wonderful and easy! I envision many new projects incorporating photos into my quilts and crafts. Dotty

It IS wonderful isn't it? I used it on my daughter's jar quilt. I made a bookshelf of jars and did a "wall" on three sides around it. I printed family photos, cut frames and "hung" them up.

I use printed photos to personalise my quilt labels. Gives an added touch.

Here's a couple - the floral border on Melinda's quilt label is actually a photo of the colourwash quilt itself and the photo for Sarina's quilt label is one her wedding photographer took and I scanned.

I really enjoy personalizing special quilts with photos. I made a quilt for my sister for her 60th birthday and put 60 family photos in the squares. My next photo project will be for a friend's 50th wedding anniversary, which is coming up this fall. The possibilites are endless.
