    I have a new hp printer and as there is no 1 inch sq to measure do I print actual or 100 %.
    The pattern is the stars

    I think you'll have to print out a page and then measure it to see whether to increase or decrease the settings.

    I love the Mary Quilt site! I would say that since she mentions 3.5", you print one at each setting and see which one measures correctly.-

    On the opening page for the pattern for paper-piecing it does say to make sure it prints at 3 1/2 inches including the seam allowance. Does that help?

    Thank you for posting the site I have been looking for it for three days. I would print one and measure it should come out right.

    before you hit the print button in adobe acrobat reader, change the page scaling to "none". it should print just right. :-)
