PropertyBrothers
Just finished watching Property Brother on TV and one of the must haves for the wife was a quilt room. They went to an teacher's existing quilt room for ideas and then they made a room. Of course they said a quilt room needed lots of storage and a design wall. Unfortunately at the "reveal" they didn't show the wall but they did show the shelving. Anyone else see the episode?

oh! I would love to see that episode. We are moving south and retiring and I Have a Quilt RoomM yeehaw! I have so many different types of shelving from wire shelves, plastic craft shelves on rollers, and particle board heavy shelving to a corner desk made for computer with a sliding shelf that used to be useful for the keyboard. My head is swimming with ideas and while we can't afford all new shelves for this dream room I am hoping it can look a little more uniform. Anyone have some advice?
TIA Oh, and of course all these shelves are already full. I gotta stop collecting fabric!

Charlene...I would go to the dollar store and buy shower curtains ...they will keep dust and sunlight away from your fabric as well as give the shelving a uniform look. You don't even need rods, just attach them with zip ties for wire shelves and thumbtacks for wooden. Or....you can get ambitious and use fabric !!!
