How big is it supposed to be finished? And are there just 8 blocks?

    Website says it finishes at 58" 1/2 x 58 1/2"

There are eight blocks - but you make two of each block, so the quilt is made of up sixteen total blocks.

The entire thing has been so much fun -- If I weren't propping my eyelids with toothpicks right now I'd probably be doing the sashing. =)

Now get back to the Boomerang...LOL

had to jup in and see what it was all about. I can see how you can really enjoy her. Sounds like something even I can do.. has anyone complwtws all the blocks and put the quilt together? I love show and twll... Mine is basically show and whine. But biy when I hit one that every seam and lay out works, I am really tickled.

blue -- the instructions for sashing/finishing the top just went up last night. By the time I got there I was so tired I knew cutting would be a MISTAKE. I'm going to try to sash it now (well, as soon as I get off the boards)

mishnjim -- I had blocks 1-6 done before the boomerang! that was the key I think. I had enough of it done to be invested. I will work on the boomerang (I have 7 squishies left) after sashing this one.

I will prolly finish the top today, but won't quilt it until summer. =) I will post pics when I get it done!

The top is done! The top is done! (I honestly won't get around to quilting it until summer...) It needs ironed and the threads clipped, but IT'S DONE!
