FQ Stash Queen

Does anyone happen to know where I can find a tutuorial on a puff quilt "cross motif"? Clover makes a clip set, but it doesn't look like it's necessary to make the pieces, just expensive. If you know of a tutorial, etc, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll stick to the regular puff quilt I usually make.
