I love to work jigsaw puzzles and have noticed over the years since I have been quilting, that a lot of quilters like to work them. There is definitely a connection, and rightfully so. When you think about it, the two are much the same, except a puzzle can only go together one way, and you are working in different mediums. I once knew a woman who lived to be 96 years old, who quilted every day of her life, and worked jigsaw puzzles every night of her life. When she passed away, her home was filled with the things she loved most.......beautiful quilts and puzzles !

No jigsaws. I'd rather sew or read.

I love doing jigsaws. When I am FMQ, I am drawing jigsaw puzzle pieces. That is what helped me to learn to do the FMQ. I just sew like I am drawing the pieces when I am stippling or meandering.

Love to do puzzles. I started doing them long before i started quilting. I especially like doing them when its winter and snowing outside. I can sit and watch the snow and feel all snug inside.

Love doing puzzles. Last one I made was of all the light houses. After a while they all seemed to look alike.
