    Default QAYG question about borders

Is there any reason not to add borders to the outside edges of the blocks before quilting? There are no sashings between the blocks planned in the quilt design.
Just wondering Thanks for any insights.

I have added borders to QAYG. I found a tutorial on line and it was pretty easy

It's your quilt do as you want. I know a couple who attach the borders then quilt entirely including the borders.

You can easily add QAYG-style borders to a top.

I have done three following Kaye Woods 6 hour quilt video.I did my own designs using this technique. It is simply adding borders for the entire quilt.
