    I just finished making the 10 Min. Block quilt - I used 10" blocks, it turned out just fine. I did the blocks in black/white & white/black prints, and the 'center' block is a red kinda tone on tone. It's very striking.

    I have used 4" squares with a 5" center. After I combined them, I wanted a bigger block so I added a 8" center to it.

    Confused.... made 4 little blocks all the same... then treated each whole "4" block as a new square. Used a bigger piece of center fabric when I joined the 4 blocks. Ends up with 4 little center and one bigger center.

    I'd post a picture but my Boomerang partner hasn't received it yet....

    They are both really pretty. Were you using the same size squares as Littlehuds? I have made a baby quilt with the standard version of Cathedral Windows but it was a lot of work. Wouldn't mind trying this version.
