I've only ordered once from CT and the fabric was thin and poor quality. I called them and they apologized and gave me a return authorization number, but I still had to pay for shipping to return it. Never ordered from them again. I prefer some of the smaller sites to order online. Andicraftsquilting.com is great. She has a selection of 108" wide backs that is smaller than some of the big stores, but high quality and she is wonderful to work with. Jmho.

Fabrics.com has an excellent return policy. A free UPS label is sent to your computer and you send the merchandise back for a refund.

I buy a lot from Connecting Threads and their fabric is great...If you are not satisfied for any reason thy happily take the fabric back no questions asked...
