    Hello everybody,
I have a question.... I have an old singer that I love to sew with. I found a walking foot that seems to work on it. If Im sewing somethin really thick it seems to work great, but if I sew just two layers of cotton fabric the stitches are very tight. Any suggestions??????

Is it one of the machines you can adjust the pressure on? I had an old one with a whatchamacallit on top that would adjust the pressure that the foot went down with.

I am sure there are others who can explain better.
