I just used my first can of "Dritz" Spray Adhesive and LOVED IT!!!. The can says odorless, Colorless, Stainless, Acid Free, Contains NO Fluorocarbons. I didn't notice any order, it was really easyto use and no overspray beyond control. It was great. I was just shopping for more on the internet today, I think I am going to be sure to stick with this "Dritz" product.

I have only used the 505 spray but I do love it. I would think anything Sulky makes for adhesive would be great also. And if you are quilting the tote, the quilting lines would hold everything together anyhow, so I don't see any problems.
    Blessings,
