I've often wondered that myself. Now I know what I'd do. Thanks.

I either make pillows, a small quilt hanging, applique on a jacket or bag or ornaments! Fun! Lagniappe!

I usually put in my scraps and either cut squares with the leftovers or strips. Have bins with all sizes of squares and loads of 2 1/2" strips. When I am in the mood, dig into these bins and make scrap quilts.

I don't know the size of the pieces, but it maybe panel sections could be used in an attic windows item.

They usually include them as ornaments.

Use them on the borders of a Christmas quilt, or on the backing just 'for pretty'. Applique them or if there is enough room around them to cut into squares or rectangles, use them as a block in a christmas quilt or on the back.

many different ways to use them as you've seen from the responses.

Have fun with them. I think they were supposed to be appliqued to the skirt, but could be used as ornaments, or appliqued onto many different items, it; pot holders, table runners, place mats, etc. Let your imagination run
