    I do remember. I just took it in for servicing and I've had it for 6 years now. I purchased it in March of 2018

    UPDATE: I just recently sent back the Juki 2010. I'm in the minority here, I know, but I just didn't love it. There wasn't anything in particular that I disliked (except the lack of good lighting)...I just didn't "bond" with it.
