pretty much all licensed prints are to be used for personal use only---such as sports team fabrics/disney fabrics...any that are licensed---
you have to obtain permission to sell or even publicly show what you make with these fabrics---some say right on them for personal use only---sometimes if you visit their sites you will find they will allow you to sell one piece- i've seen a couple that said you could sell up to 5 of something---it is always best to just avoid the issue...but when it does happen- get permission-
i know some people believe it's easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission- but when fines and stuff is involved- i go for the permission...

Can I make your tote bags for resale?
Yes, as long as you are making them by hand on your home sewing machine and the bags are not mass-produced. We also request design credit when selling the bags. This can be a simple as a card included with the bag that says "Designed by Quiltsillustrated"
