    I find the easiest way to remember is that I want the smooth side next to my skin.

    Does it say use the bumpy side up on the packages of Warm and Natural? I've never used it, I use Dream Cotton, I have never seen placement instructions on the packaging.

    Same here. I use nothing but W&N and never noticed any difference. Never had a problem either.
