71 here and don't feel a day older than I did at 40. I've been sewing since before I was 10. An "old" lady taught me to crochet at age 6. I haven't been quilting but about 5 years. I started quilting Quilts of Valor and still do, but now I also quilt big quilts and just bought a longarm quilting machine.

My husband was just reading that more and more people are hitting 100 now. My great grandmother died the same week she was supposed to hit her 100th birthday. She had been bedridden for over 50 years and tatted and made sock monkeys. Quite a few of my relatives lived to be in their 90's.
