I'm 53. Quilting for 3 yrs. My daughter is 29. Quilting 2 yrs. My son in law says I wear granny panties, to which I rely, "yes I do, I am a granny". :) I've raised a family, been a wife for 36 yrs and I am ready to take advantage of all the benefits that come with being a "granny".

Well, so far is a little wrong. Sure he will enjoy hearing that!! I am 40 and have a great friend who is also a quilter who is 50. We are not old ladies!!!

I will be 66 on Friday but I was at a quilt retreat this weekend where there were quilters from 13 to 77 years old and just about everything in between.
