    is it the thread or the batting or just a hole from the needle you are seeing? If its the threads, you can tweek your tensions a bit/slow down/ speed up. If its the batting, could be it will be better after its washed...the same with the needle holes. Those will close up more after washing. Could be too large of a needle: but be forewarned! If you change needle size, you could have other problems. I would try everything else 1st.

    this is also why some people use printed backings. if the pokies are on the back they don't show at all.
