Funny you should mention this book. I was at an estate sale yesterday and I bought this book for .50. I couldn't believe all the blocks I hadn't seen before. I also bought 17 yds of fabric and 4 FQ's for 9.00. I bought all black & white fabrics. The books were .50 for soft backs and 1.00 for hard backs. I spent a whopping 15.00 total. Oh I almost forgot theat included a ruler too.
Congratulations on your haul. I went to a rummage sale and got lots of batting for $2 yesterday. I can't for the life of me find fabric, though (usually), but the lady who took my money said she was going to clean out her stash and would call me. I won't hold my breath, but it MIGHT happen...

This is the book I learned to quilt from back in the 80's. Saw it on my shelf the other day

I have this book! I think I am collecting a better Quilt Library than the book store or Library. =) then there's the blogs that offer all those great freebies! I'll never get done what I "want" to do. =) There are worse things I could be obsessive about....thats my story anyway. =)

I love block pattern books. Have a few mentioned here already but you can never have enough, right?

Very cool book!!! I have one with 501 Quilt Block Patterns but it doesn't have the grid to figure out how many blocks you need. Sweet find for you!
