Quilt for Boys
I know several were looking for boys quilts and I found this on so I am posting this first link. If I find others I will post the links in this same forum as replies so please check back from time to time. Go to the link below and find one that my friend's grandson (22 yrs) thought would work for kids (and him). https://www.favequilts.com/Kids-Quil...-Quilt-Pattern
Here's a second one already-- My Daddy would have loved this one for certain.

This site as a lot of current gaming and tech-y quilt patterns, as well as a lot of the classics.
http://www.fandominstitches.com/
In the purple area underneath the title, hover over "Games & Tech", there are lots of choices for popular stuff (like Minecraft, Dungeons & Dragons, etc ), and "Science Fiction & Fantasy" you'll find Stranger Things, Dr. Who, anime, etc.

Chinese Windows Bed Quilt is located at https://www.favequilts.com/Bed-Size-...llery-Fabrics/ says it is for men. I'd like it for anyone and have placed it in my "any file of quilts".
Another link with several "Man Quilts"

Any quilt pattern can be made into a boys quilt. What concerns most of us is the lack of fabric that hits that one spot that isn't a baby fabric, or an young mens fabric such as football, race cars and hunting. At least this has always been my problem.

Because adolescence is discovering oneself, interests change quickly. A few discover quickly and stick with it. For most by the time I finish the quilt, they’re no longer interested in the subject.
Another issue is many heros are not worth making idols: Sheldon and Star Wars. It’s cute and we laugh at Sheldon for his passion that might be inappropriate at his age. Maybe that’s where he escapes. Or maybe I just don’t get it.
I’d rather make quilts about nature or abstract.

I make my grandsons throw quilts of their interest at the time. They love the panel quilts the best. They don't care about intricate piecing, perfect boy colors or the quilting. Big blocks and fun subject in big in your face image. Here are a few and they are big size throws. One has already asked for a Pokemon quilt. They all have nice bed quilts I made but not that interested in those. LOL When their interest change I'll make the quilt. They have about five or more of these types quilts each from Thomas the Train to Mindcraft and all in between. I will be fun to see what quilts they like when they are older. My one and only grandaugther went from princess to horses.
The panels were bought at Missouri Star. None were out of square.
