    Default Quilt for Christmas

This is the Hunter's Star quilt I made for my son for Christmas. I don't think I will ever make a quilt this large (96X104) again!
Doing the final measuring and putting on the borders was a killer for me. But I am glad I made it for my 40 year old baby.
I'm taking it to the quilter today.

Your 40 year old baby is going to love it! It is so pretty. I love the hunter star. Yours is much larger than what I made. Great Job.

Very pretty!! Beautiful green. I made one with 10” blocks. 10 x 10, so it was 100” square. I did enjoy it but wanted to make one of those borders that the star extended into. Maybe next time, but like you, I’m not sure I would make another one. Too many new patterns and ideas for me to work on.
