Quilt in a day
Yesterday evening I started watching a YouTube of Eleanor burns- quilt in a day.......it was her lemoyne star.....which still looks like hunters star to me, but her approach is so much different...anyway..then I watched her pineapple quilt demo, then her water wheel.......I like her you tubes....she does in front of a group of quilters and it sounds like fun....anyone here ever been in audience? So, my question......has anyone here done any of the above mentioned patterns...I am tempted to buy...they look so easy.....btw, I have done several of her other patterns....actually "she taught me how"...via books.....any comments?

I have taken two classes at her shop since I live in Southern California. I have bought many of her books over the past two decades. I never miss her show on PBS. I also learned my basics from EB.

I also learned my basics from EB. I've been in her audience a couple of times and she is so energetic and fun. When I was in Paducah once, I ran into her in the Kentucky Oaks Mall and she graciously let me take her picture.

i'm a fan. i learned from her books. the instructions and pictures/diagrams are so easy to follow. i've not seen her new stuff, but i can only imagine that her style has not changed.

I love Eleanor and can't even tell you how many of her quilts I've made, most recently I did make the pineapple quilt I know that I posted the beginning of it here. I am subscribed to her you tube channel so was looking at the most recent one, also really like her new fabric line she used it in that tutorial.
