    I was wondering what type of quilt frame you talented quilters have. I have a small one, it is an Ulmer Quilter and I love it.

    I have a custum made solid oak 4 rod mission style, with 2 sets of rails, 45" and 65", it's like a piece of furniture.

    Wow, that is beautiful! I can only dream of someday having one like this. I have very limited space; my quilt frame folds up and can be stored in a closet.

    I have a Hinterburg--my husband copied all the parts of a friends frame and then made it for me. It is like a piece of furniture. Right now I have no time to use it and no place to set it up.

    I also have one made out of pvc pipe--bought it at joann's. Really like it for smaller projects.

    Then my DH bought me a used Gracie Pro that will hold up to a king size. Same story--no place to set it up and
    no time to use it--work full time.

    I have a Grace Pinni frame and I love it. It's set up my bedroom. That's the only place there was room. Who need a bed to sleep in. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: Just kidding. I have a Juki machine on it and love quilting with it.

    Hubby and I were just discussing the difference of LongArm quilting machines/frames and the hand quilting ones. I had forwarded him a photo of one of the Gracie frames that you use with your own machine, and he said if I really wanted one he'd try to make it for me, but right now we don't have the space for me to set it up. Your hand quilting frame is beautiful! If anyone has plans for the frame that uses your home sewing machine, I'd love to see about getting them. Please PM me.
