Ours is simply a list of names, with addresses, phone numbers and emails. We usually update the list yearly once all the membership dues are paid. I do like the idea of a photo with each member--that would be so helpful to new members. I also like the idea of stating "What I am good at...". Thanks for posting this question!

Our Guild has a wiki website. Members information and photos are just one category. We also can find our bylaws, our bi-monthly newsletter, photos of challenge quilts, info on trips, books in our library, directions for the BOM, meeting and program schedules, and photos of charity quilts. There will soon be mystery quilt directions too. The site is private, so only members can access it.
