I enjoyed my subscription to Quilter's World that I bought their DVD of 10 years of issues when it was on sale. They sometimes allow you access to back issues with subscription. I also like McCall's and Love of Quilting. But I am only buying a magazine with something that I need. Like Prism99 stated, check out their websites.

You can get the idea of what's in them by looking them up on the web. Just google them!

Thank you all for your input. I have been checking out the websites and looking at what is in each issue. It is making the decision much easier.

Go to the store and browse through the magazines. Decide for yourself what magazine you would like to receive.

I prefer McCall's the best. The patterns don't seem all that difficult.
Good project;would buy from her but my first issue came just yesterday.Mariah

A lot of them are in plastic sleeves now, because quilters do just this, and use their phone to take pictures of the patterns and instructions.

I like QuiltMaker because it has a feature by Bonnie Hunter in each issue and usually has a goo article about quilting the quilt. I haven't gotten any quilting mags for a while but was thinking of putting one or two on my Christmas list this year. Love of Quilting is another one I like so may ask for one or both of these.
