    First off....it's a great color combo with the brights....it just screams for me to look at it.....I am sure once it is all sewn together and quilted, the "moving" will lessen

    Beautiful contrast! You might frame it first with a border of blue the same size as the blue strips in the quilt to anchor it a bit. Give it a try on your design board and see what that does for it.

    My mother has this problem with things that are too busy. I am just finishing a quilt for her that only has two colors but I also used plain squares between the pieced squares. Maybe you could break it up with larger squares or plain sashing if it is too much to look at.


    I think the quilt is lovely.

    Love the pattern and two colors. Agree with azwendyg that a small border of the same blue would look good.

    It does seem to move, but it is really pretty. Maybe the borders will anchor it, also having it on a bed and looking at it at a different angle should make a difference.
