Quilt pattern ideas for adult son?
#31
What a wonderful idea, MCH!!! I can imagine how much they cherish them!!! I think that's why picking a pattern, etc, is so nerve wracking for me, when it comes to my kids. I have 20 kids/spouses, & grand kids, to do quilts for, so the odds of them getting too many from me are slim. I want to just pour the love & caring into them! lol!!!!

I made one for my son that I thought he would like with his favorite colors and when he saw it he said that he wanted a colorful one. I told him to go to my closet full of completed quilts and pick one out. The one he picked was my favorite one and the quilt I least thought he would like. Cannot predict those men. Oh well, I gave it to him and I think his son will get the rejected quilt.

I believe any pattern can be adjust for a man: it depends on the colors....
.....The storm at sea is not an easy pattern but looks very nice too...
What ever you decide to do....Good luck
