It looks like it was at a quilt show, perhaps if you contact the coordinators of the show and asked they could put you in touch with the person the made the quilt. It might be an original design. It's lovely. I, too, can see why you'd want to make one.

Hi, I like to look at quilts like your picture and make my own patterns. Your friends at your quilt guild would probably help you. It looks like an easy one to make. Good luck. I would make it too if I had the time right now!!!
