    Although it is fun to see blocks in different colorways, I really think you have hit the mark with this one! It is beautiful!

    I just put your block in paint trimmed it up and copied it. put it in word and reduced it down and pasted 3 across and 4 down WOW that is gorgeous. see attached

    I am overwhelmed at how beautiful your block is. If my house was not full of my DD and her wonderful family on their way to being transferred to England, I would want to attempt it.

    I like all the different suggestions but agree that your best bet is to make some of them and see how you like them together.

    Was it really hard? I am not very adept at paper piecing!!

    That is an absolutely GORGEOUS quilt... I wish I would have made something like that..... I'm jealous... Don't change anything on it.... You have made a PERFECT quilt top... now continue to quilt it, and then hang it up... (I have 2 cats that have absolutely RUINED the quilt top I had on my bed... From now on, I only do wall hangings... Diana.

    No, I don't think it was very hard. I've done a fair amount of PP. If you set your mind to it, you can do it. That's how I taught myself.
