I love going to retreats!!! so much fun... have been to several, each one a little different.. I just found out about a cabin in the mountains of NC that sleeps 10... that would be nice!!... Ummm WVA, might be a possibility.. I will watch this thread.....

Oh, these all seem like such fun. The idea of hubby coming too would be good if one was held while we are driving to Fl. for winter otherwise too far and too early in Sept but

Annual affair with over 300 attending but enough teachers to have reasonably sized classes. I'll be teaching 3 classes there: Tube Quilting, Skinny Strings and Little Bitty Pieces and Simple Binding. Lots of other classes to be offered. Reasonable price as well.

My cousin-in-law and I were just talking about what fun it would be to have a retreat at a camp-type place where we could pull our vintage trailers. Some place with facilities for a big sewing room/kitchen, good restroom/shower facilities maybe cabins, mints on the pillows at night :). I'm going to have to do some searching for my region of the country.
