I just went to our annual retreat this weekend, also. It was wonderful. One thing we have been doing the last few years, is having everyone make a certain block, and then someone completes the quilt later on, and that is what we use for our raffle quilt at the fair the next year. The trick is to find a block that can be squared down. It is a great way to get many people involved in our one money maker for the year. It takes about an hour or so out of their sewing, but it really helps.
