    That quilt is beautiful. You should be very proud of it. Remember this was only one show and one judges opinion, so I think you should continue to show the quilt.

    I'm sure you'll see LOTS of ribbons in your future. The trouble with any kind of judging is that it's subjective. Which isn't fair, but it is what it is. I think it also varies by the show in which you're entered. And with the talent of other quilters in the competition. Again, not entirely fair. But, your work is wonderful - you'll do great!
