Quilt for sick child
#11
Snowball blocks are easy and fast to make up, too. And I'd back it with Minkie. Expensive, I know, but for a little one, especially in the hospital, I'd spend the extra. I backed my granddaughter's first quilt with Minkie, and at 19 mos. she loves it.

I would love to offer your cousin a quilt from our quilt ministry. If you are interested you can PM me.
That is what our ministry is all about ~ sending a "touch" of comfort from a quilt made by loving and caring women to give a little hope to a child that is sick or less blessed.
You and the family are in my prayers

Well the ones I was thinking of have already been mentioned I think. I love the warm wishes it is quick and easy and you can use a novelty fabric for the center, how about making it into an I Spy type quilt. The double nine patch is one I'm really wanting to do everyone says its so quick also.
The other one I was thinking of is Hugs and Kisses.
Hope she is doing better,
Muriel

The fastest and one I use often - especially for us - if you have a big enough piece of beautiful fabric - put a border or two on it - cut a backing to fit it and stipple quilt it, put a binding on it and you will be done in a few days. I hope the baby gets well real soon !!!
