Just learned they are no longer going to have online classes after 2013. I want to take a class on portrait quilting before they are quit . Sorry to see them go.

They are shutting down due to the death of Carol Miller, the founder and main force behind all that is Quilt University. The quilting world has lost a major contributor and she will be greatly missed. The schedule for the rest of the year is on the website.

Yes, I received the sad news that QU classes would stop in December, 2013. I learned how to quilt from Carol Miller and Quilt University courses. She was a great lady and a first-class, highly motivating and delightful teacher. QU gave me the foundation necessary to grow and design for myself. I am very, very grateful to her and to QU. May she be blessed in her resting place and her husband, family and friends find comfort in the wonderful contributions she made to our world.
