    Hello all
I am new at quilting I mean I am just learning. But I have a question. here goes... I want to learn how to quilt as you go. I have a bunch of fleece 6" squares. I would like to know if you can use reg cotton fabric for the backing & sashing & binding on the fleece. Help

You can (I have) but the two fabrics do behave a bit differently.

We have several posts on quilt as you go. Put Fun and Done in the search field. Also put quilt as you go in the search field. They will have good information you can use.

I put reversible quilt as you go in the search field.
Ann Clare has just posted her new tutorial on it. I can wait to see it. Welcome. Hope you enjoy the board as much as I do . I learn so much.
I just read Ann Clare's tutorial. I like it but there are some others that join the blocks by machine stitch. They may be the 'Fun and Done' patterns. Let me know how it works out.
