Hello and welcome. I would just take measurements, add seams and make your own pattern. Add the thickness of the cushion and your done. I used to make seats for every flat surface I had. Sometimes I even added skirts too.

I used a bedspread that had very thick batting for my batting for my window seat then used a newspaper and taped them together for the pattern. I had a bolt of furniture material and just hand sewed it all together. I will see if I can find a picture. I also recovered a bunch of pillows I had with the same material. Good luck! also...when I decided I wanted a new material I just sewed the material over the old one...and the first one I made was a quilt that was store bought not the bolt...the bolt was the second one that I recovered over the first one.
