Sometimes, if I am watching TV or something and they call, I take the phone off the hook and lay it in front of the TV and leave it there. I'm just onery enough to do it. My husband thinks it's stupid to even answer (if we don't know who it is) but I always enjoy being a little bratty!

I guess that folks can be pretty annoying when your income depends on it..... I feel very sorry for folks doing telemarketing, they are probably one of the most disliked folks around. But I always figure no one would do that job unless they couldn't find anything better. I don't like the calls and usually end them as quick as I can, too.

I get really ticked when they just keep on especially when you tell that you're not interested. I've been known to say "what part of NO don't you understand?" and then hang up. I hate it when they call late in the evenings and it's always when I'm watching one of my few programs that I truly like. They're calls are just like magnets!!!!
