We were on a tour to your lovely state 10 years ago, when a lady from the deep south asked the bus driver if :"Ya'll take American money." I swear this happened, cause our friend heard the conversation. It takes all kinds. LOL

Another Canadian here (happy Canada Day today!), from southwestern Ontario, just a titch more than an hour from Detroit. Fun fact - did you know that when you cross the Ambassador Bridge from Detroit to Windsor, you're actually heading south?

Have been quilting for a long time, and love learning new ways to put pieces together.

Still another Canadian, in Southern Ontario. Just outside of Windsor which is just across the river from Detroit, Michigan. Been quilting for about 9 years, and love machine applique, kids quilts, placemats. Just about anything you can quilt suits me fine. LOVE this site and all the warm and generous people on it.

Hi, Watson's Mom. DH and I had a great time competing with our pipe band at the Highland Games at Chatham one year. We really liked the area and would love to go back some time.

Hi..I'm in south east Queensland, Australia...lovely sub tropical climate. I started a quilt about 20 years ago, never finished it and pulled it out about 12 months ago and finished it. Then made a couple of lap quilts and a queen size quilt for our bed. So I say I have been quilting only about a year..but loving it.
