I'm not a gambler. Always think of the $ for how much fabric I could buy.

When I first came home here I gambled with my sis and it was fun. Now I don't at all...she wins, and I pout, so I just gave it up! LOL!

I bet I have been to those casinos. LoL I love the Camel Rock and Sanrio. I drove around the Alburque loop so many times trying to find them all. It was fun. I have t-shirts from all of them. LOL Glad you enjoy and save for the fabrics. LOL

I like to read or work on a project in my hotel room. I do enjoy it more when we are ahead. I don't like to lose because I think of the fabric I could have bought.

I heard an expression the other day "Vegas was not built with winners".

I forgot to say, Coushatta has a really neat pattern in their carpet.
I like to go to Shreveport,LA too and Diamond Jack's has a great pattern in their new carpet too. Isn't it fun to see quilt patterns in things we see? I also take quitling projects with me. I usually play and sneak off to sew in my room. ♥♥

I gamble every time I come home with a bag from JoAnn's. I always say a little prayer as I come around the corner to home, "Please let his truck not be there, so I can get it put away without being seen!

Now if I can only hit a good jackpot, not real big, just enough to buy me a fantastic sewing table. Wish they would come up with a quilter's slot like matching patterns, bonus when you finish a quilt top. ROFL..... And Cathy MIller, the singing quilter for background music. Wahooooooooooo

altho quilting is my passion, I DO like to do other things also. This weekend we are going to the coast to Chinook Winds Casino. We will enjoy a nice dinner, then we have tickets for the BB King concert. And then will go out to the casino floor to tempt Lady Luck! Celebrating our 39th anniversary. It's all just part of our 'entertainment budget'

I have to admit that I am fully addicted to gambling!! I have an addictive personality lol I signed myself up in MO with the gamblers site and cant go to any of the casinois in MO for risk of being arrested lol If there is a major casino in MO like Harrahs Ameristar etc I am banned from those natiuoinwide - puts a real damper in my gambling - I do go to one in IL though - its about 2 1/2 - 3 hours away and I always spend the nite. (99% iof the time with free hotel room) I cant seem to set limits lol - I always say well I dont know when I will make it back lol I do stop at at the JoAnns and Walmarts for fabirc though lol

I have recently found out that since we filed bankruptcy I am noit supposed to gamble!!! It will take us five years to pay off the terms and pay all of our creditors so I guess the gambling days are over  My new addiction is now quilting lol

Thanks for letting me do part of my twelve step program by admitting to you all about my gambling addiction lol Rest assured I am already planning my trip for 5 years from now lol I have now replaced it with quilting!!! Is there a quilters AA :D
