I live close enough but will most likely have to work.
For those who are going do bring your cameras and enjoy the area.
A great place for pancakes is in Gatlinburg at the "Pancake House". They start serving at 7 am and by 8 am there is usually a line out the door and by 9 it is down the sidewalk.

Dollywood doesn't open until April. But the Titanic museum may be open I don't remember when they were going to have their grand opening.

That is IF you have time to visit other places that are not quilt related.

Enjoy your visit. I'll be just about 2 hours away!

I plan on being there as I live locally. Most of the Vendors and Quilts will be at the Music Road Hotel, but some of the classes and different Class of quilts will be at the Convention Center at the other end of town.
They usually have a shuttle bus going between the two.

Dollywood opens March 27, and the Titanic is scheduled to open April 8th.

I can say for sure that Pappy's in Maryville is a wonderful quilt shop! They have a LOT of beautiful fabric & the wide quilt backings. Nice folks there too.
I have hunted the Cherry Pit once but couldn't find it. I think she will have a booth at the show so I'll check it out.
