Default Quilting Cat Blocks

My wall hanging quilt has nine pieced cats with narrow sashing between the blocks. Since I don’t have any way to take an actual picture of my quilt and upload it here, the cat block shown in this link is very similar to the cats in my quilt: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/702069029383588525/. I quilted in the ditch around each cat and around the sashings, but I can’t figure out what quilting to do inside the cat motifs and in the open space around them. I can’t do free motion so I’m mostly limited to straight line quilting. I would be most appreciative of any help with this. Thanks to all.

I made these blocks for a quilt and didn't quilt any more than you already have. If it is a wall hanging, you might not need any more quilting. I use Warm and Natural batting and it doesn't require stitching close together, so that might be something to consider too.

Here is my cat quilt. I just stitched in the ditch and didn't quilt any inside the cats.

Okay, I added the wrong cat quilt. I tried to edit it and make it right, but I was unsuccessful. Here is the quilt that is the pattern that Jazz-z used. I still just SITD and didn't quilt inside the cats.

This is what I did in my Missouri Star cat quilt. I stitched in the ditch around the cat and then inside the cat and a paw print in the corner.

Love your cat quilts Dina and your cat block is so cute Tartan especially with the added face and tail sewn. Gives you cat a little personality.

Wow, Suz, that looks terrific. I love the combos of the different sizes of circles.
