    I assume the long armer will do an overall edge to edge. If so you will have to see what she has in designs. No flowers or feathers. That is about as far as I can go in suggestions. I would do custom quilting in the blocks

    I am making a quilt for my son, using a golf print and some plaids. When I'm finished with the top, I'm going to do some 'geometric' quilting because I KNOW anything curvy will be deemed too 'girly'
    Not really echoing, because the spaces are too big for that, but I think I will start out that way

    With those colors, I like the idea of leaves, swirls, etc. Something to fit the autumn colors.

    I like to match angular quilts with curved quilting...and vice versa I think I would do free motion swirls in various sizes or a panto with circles or swirls
